About this service
Billiards.gg provides browser-based 8-ball pool. This policy describes the account and game service at billiards.gg. For questions or privacy requests, contact the existing support address below and mention Billiards.gg.
Account and gameplay information
When you create an account, the service processes the account details you submit, such as your email address and chosen display name. It also processes the identifiers and session information needed to keep you signed in. Online play requires room identifiers, player seats, confirmed shots and match state. Profile and match records may be stored to provide account features.
Browser storage
The game uses browser storage for settings, chosen language, local and computer racks and online room access. Clearing site data removes the local saves and may remove access to a guest seat. Account sessions are used to provide signed-in features.
Server and security information
The server processes connection information, such as IP addresses and technical request data, to operate the service, diagnose failures and limit abuse. Account and gameplay data is handled by the Billiards service; visiting this site does not create an account on another game site.
Sharing and retention
Information is used to operate accounts and games, maintain security and respond to support requests. Service providers may process data on the operator’s behalf where necessary to host and deliver the service. Data may also be disclosed where required by law. Stored information is retained as needed for these purposes; deletion requests are handled as described below.
Your choices
You can change local settings, clear your browser storage, and request access, correction or deletion of account information. Use the account deletion instructions or contact support from the email associated with the account. Information that must be retained for security or legal obligations may be kept as necessary.
