Delete your Billiards.gg account

Before you delete
Deleting an account removes access to that account and its associated profile. Make sure you are requesting deletion for Billiards.gg. Local browser saves are stored separately and can be removed by clearing this site’s data.
Delete through the game
Open Billiards.gg, sign in, and open Account or Profile. Use the Delete account control and read the confirmation. If the service asks you to reauthenticate, complete that step before confirming deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Contact support@backgammon.rocks from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject “Billiards.gg account deletion” and identify the account you want removed. Do not send your password or session token. Support may need to verify that you own the account.
What the request covers
The request covers the account profile and associated account data that the service can delete. Some security records, necessary transaction records or information subject to legal obligations may have to be retained. Clearing browser data removes local saves and settings but does not itself delete a server account.
